Often order these
grilled ribs at restaurants? To be satisfied with eating it, you can make it
yourself. The trick is not too difficult. Don't forget to serve it warm with a
baked potato, french fries and a vegetable salad. Yummy!
Material:
1 large piece of
beef back ribs or beef short ribs, cut into pieces
1 package of
mirepoix (carrot, spring onion, onion, celery stalk)
ground beef broth
BBQ Sauce:
120 g chili sauce
400 g of tomato
sauce
48 g of L&P
Sauce
33 g of mustard
paste
50 g of salad oil
10 g of garlic,
chopped
100 g honey
How to make:
Boil water with
mirepoix and ground beef broth.
Add the ribs.
Cook until the
ribs are tender. Lift and drain.
BBQ Sauce:
Cook all
ingredients into one until it boils.
Spread the ribs
with BBQ Sauce.
Bake in a hot
oven 120 C for 10 minutes. Lift.
Brush the ribs
with the rest of the BBQ sauce.
Burn it on the
coals until it is rather dry.
Lift and serve
warm.
